Justin Paquette MD
Justin Paquette is board certified in Neurological Surgery. Dr. Paquette is Director of the section of spinal disorders for the Los Angeles Brain and Spine Institute.
Paquette obtained his undergraduate degree, in Biology and Psychology, from Vassar College in New York. Dr. Paquette then obtained a Master's degree in Neuroscience from Boston University, completing a Master's thesis on the assessment of asymptomatic gene positive Huntington's disease patients. Dr. Paquette completed his medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York. From there, he completed both a surgical internship and residency in Neurosurgery at Harvard.
Dr. Paquette completed additional specialized training in Spine Surgery at the Cedars-Sinai Institute for Spinal Disorders, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in 2006. Since then Paquette has exclusively practiced in the realm of spine care. Paquette is accomplished in spinal pain management injections, minimally invasive spine surgery ("band-aid surgeries") and complex spinal surgery and instrumentation, including the surgical correction of deformity and scoliosis. Dr. Paquette actively participates in spinal research studies and also serves as an invited lecturer at medical meetings.
